If you prefer to fax your order, instructions are on the form. OnlineOrderForm-Excel We make every effort to ship parts orders within two business days of receipt of order. In the event of a backorder, your order will be shipped as soon as parts become available. Refused/Returned orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee and freight will not be refunded.
