Refused/Returned orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee and freight will not be refunded. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation charge. Processing refunds may take up to 30 days from return receipt. We strive for 100% accuracy when shipping orders. Should a shortage or error occur, it must be reported within 24 hours of the UPS tracking receipt delivery verification. Shortages or errors reported beyond 24 hours will not be honored.
